Previous landscape and plant knowledge is a plus but not required to get started with us but is a requirement that once hired that you are actively learning and retaining knowledge about the landscape and plants for all our available positions.

In general, our crews work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Saturdays may be asked of you if the weather was unfavorable in the week prior. We currently do not provide health insurance, but we do offer a 3% Simple IRA match once you are eligible. For full-time all-season workers, we offer paid holidays for Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. We also give paid time off that accrues over time.
