Hi I’m Tina Multhauf!
I grew up in the country, outside of Rochester and attended Waterford schools. I was a girl that liked to be outside working in the shop with my Dad, mowing the lawn- keeping straight lines of course, helping my Mom plant annuals every year as well as dirt biking and snowmobiling. During high school, my parents were adamant that I go to college and earn a degree in something. I obeyed and after my freshman year in college while I was at UW- Stevens Point, I figured out what I wanted to continue my education with. I quickly transferred to UW- Platteville and ultimately earned, in 2008, my bachelor’s degree in Ornamental Horticulture with an Emphasis in Landscape Design.
Ever since I was in Grade School I have had an interest in plants and being outside. I worked at a floral shop, a few greenhouses, and landscaping company in the Waterford and surrounding area. It was at those places that I found that I really enjoyed working with plants, learning about them as well as being outside. I knew I wasn’t necessarily a desk job type of gal. Which motivated me to acquire a degree in Horticulture and ultimately own Skyline Landscape Design.
I am blessed to have married my high school sweetheart, Jaime, in 2010. We now have two handsome little boys- Noah (4) and Jed (2) and have a sweet little black lab- Bailey. My husband, Jaime, is a big part of Skyline, mostly behind the scenes though because most of his time is occupied by his regular job. He is an Application Specialist for Lenox Band Saw Blades. When he isn’t working his normal job, he helps maintain and repair Skyline’s equipment. I lean on him often for advice and guidance and greatly appreciate that.
Both of my parents grew up on farms, so I was raised with a similar mentality. In my upbringing, I learned how to be honest and respectful towards others, be accountable for my actions and work hard. To this day, I still am holding true to those values in both my business and personal life and am going to do my best to instill those same attributes while raising my boys.
I enjoy creating useful, functional and enjoyable landscapes for all of our customers. I take pride in the fact that our customers are genuinely happy and appreciative of all the work that myself and my crew does for them. Very rarely do I have dissatisfied customers, but if a problem does come up I always make it right. Even though this has been a very challenging career path, I wouldn’t have it any other way because challenges always keep me striving to be the best. We always strive for excellence when maintaining and installing landscapes that is what sets our company apart from the rest. I always say, “The point of a landscape is to look nice, otherwise what is the point?”
I look forward to helping create the outdoor spaces that you want!
My name is Kimberly Peterson and I grew up in the Racine/ Union Grove area. Throughout my entire childhood and high school career, I’ve always had a passion for art and design. I also love to be outdoors. This is why I chose a career in Horticulture, to be able to express my creativity and be able to be outside on a daily basis. I attended Gateway Technical College in Kenosha in the years following high school to obtain my Associates Degree in Horticulture. While in college, two amazing things happened besides learning more about my career path. I met the love of my life and now my husband, and I also was hired here at Skyline Landscape Design. I have been with Skyline since 2012 and I can truly say that I love my career that I chose. I value working hard and doing the best that I can do. I’ve learned so much through being immersed in the landscape world and kind of consider myself a “plant nerd”. I was first hired as a landscape laborer, and am proud to now be the Maintenance Sales and Accounts Manager here at Skyline.
Outside of work my hobbies include anything that has to do with the great outdoors. I love to fish, hike, kayak, and cross country ski in the winter. There’s nothing more relaxing than being in a boat with a line in water on a beautiful summer day. Some of the most important things to me are my faith, my friends, and my family. I’m truly blessed to have such an amazing husband to share my passions with.
Hi my name is Shannon, I have been with Skyline since 2017. I grew up in the Burlington/Waterford area and graduated from Burlington High School in 2015.
Some of my favorite things to do outside of work is spending quality time on the dairy farm, with my horse Nova, or family. I enjoy spending my time outside hunting, fishing and just enjoying nature.
What drew me to Skyline was my love for being outside, I’m also not afraid of hard work and I love new challenges. My work family at Skyline encourages me to better myself everyday.
My name is Michaela, I grew up in Honey Lake about 10 minutes outside of Burlington. I have three younger siblings; two brothers and one sister. We live out in the country and because of that I was lucky enough to have horses. I have had horses for about as long as I can remember. I enjoy showing my horses and training the younger horses as well. I am very blessed to have parents who supported my very expensive hobby/ sport. I was on the High School Equestrian team since my 8th grade year. After I graduated I became one of the coaches for the team. I love helping the students learn responsibility, new skills and how to handle themselves in a show type setting. Aside from my life with the horses I also enjoy going deer, duck, and pheasant hunting, along with fishing. I love spending my time in the outdoors and just taking in nature.
My passion for Landscape and the outdoors came from my Dad, he has been a Landscaper since he was around the age of 15. I used to go along with my dad on a lot of his landscape and tree jobs. I’ve always wanted to be like my Dad and when I found out about Skyline it was an amazing opportunity for me. I was hired in 2016 and it has been an amazing experience. It’s not very often you find a job that has such a wonderful group of people that are not only a team but a family at the same time.
Hi, my name is Corinne Kapellusch and I am 21 years old. I am currently going to school for interior design, so why not partake in exterior design and installation! What drew me to skyline is my love for being outdoors and working hard. This is my first year with skyline and I couldn’t be more excited. Outside of work I enjoy fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, and of course designing! I also love to spend time with family and friends camping, at bonfires, or out on the lake. I look forward to what this season will teach me. I am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow!
Hello! My name is Elizabeth Weidner, and this is my first year working for Skyline, and so far, I love it! I’m currently 17 years old, and I attend Burlington High School in Burlington, WI. I have one younger sister, and one younger brother making me the oldest of three siblings! I have two Aussie-Doodles named Pepper & Nellie, and a rescue cat named Lilly.
I was born in Burnsville, Minnesota and moved to Burlington when I was about 1 year old. From then on, I was raised with horses, and love anything animal/outdoor related! In my free time you can find me four-wheeling, fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, and participating in almost anything “outdoorsy” all year round. I also love traveling, and I’m set to fly to Alaska for a mission trip through my church next month! (Fun Fact: I’m currently writing this in Panama City, Panama because I’m here for a foreign language study).
Skyline is the perfect opportunity for me to get outside and stay active while using my knowledge and skills to help others and continue to gain even more new knowledge while being surrounded by wonderful people!
See you around,

Points of Culture
1- Commitment- When I say I am going to do something it is of utmost importance to me that I follow through with what I say. I am a believer that “actions speak louder than words” I am committed to the Vision, Mission, Culture and success of Skyline.
2- Ownership- I am truly responsible for my actions, both failures and successes. I own everything that that I do in both my business and personal life.
3- Integrity and Honesty- I share what I know as the truth. I deliver what I promise. I only say what I am going to do, only if I am willing and intend to do so. When a problem does arise I always respond in a matter of respect so that a positive resolution can be achieved.
4- Excellence- Good is not excellent. I always strive to deliver products and services that are of the best quality that add value to all involved. I am always looking to where we can learn something new and improve to achieve excellence.
5- Positive Communication- I always engage in open positive communication with my fellow team members and clients. Communicating positively is the only way an excellent result can occur. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I show gratitude often, to all who help me along the way, no matter how big or small the gesture is.
6- Education- I learn something new on a daily basis. When I make an error or mistake I learn from it and figure out how to make sure that it does not happen again. I continually am educating myself, my team and clients about relevant and practical matters.
7- Team Work- An awesome team working together positively is how our mission can be accomplished. I am a team player and team leader. Our team does whatever it takes to stay together and achieve the team goals together. We offer a helping hand when asked as well as use forward thinking offering a hand when it looks like a hand could be lent.
8- Faith, Family & Fun- I share my Christian faith and family values with my team and clients when an opportunity allows. I stress the importance of both in their lives and allow them as well as myself to take time for those things when necessary. Life is too short to be doing something that you don’t ever enjoy on a regular basis. I make sure to incorporate fun, often, when it is appropriate. When a task is not always fun, fun needs to be created in some way- it will make the doing of the task as well as the result better!
